Toyo Tires was launched in 1945 but did not establish itself in the United States until 1966. The company's headquarters are currently in Cypress, California. Toyo has earned a name for itself in motorsport racing in addition to passenger car, truck, and SUV tires.
Toyo Tires are most commonly used on trucks, SUVs, and crossovers. While its performance tires continue to be highly regarded, customers prefer Michelin or Pirelli versions instead. Toyo tires perform effectively on rough terrain and when traction is critical.
