Fitment Policy

Every order is double-checked for correct fitments with the manufacturer before processing and shipping the order. Clients will be contacted if there are any fitment concerns prior to processing the order. Please note all vehicles manufactured prior to 1960 are not covered under the fitment guarantee. Custom built vehicles as well as resto mods are not covered under the fitment guarantee. It is the customers responsibility to measure for correct fitments in these cases prior to ordering wheels, tires or accessories

Please always test-fit all wheels before mounting a tire on the front and rear of your vehicle. WheelRack.ca will request that images be provided relating to the fitment issues in order to facilitate warranty with the manufacturer. Product returns with fitment issues will be prepaid/handled by WheelRack.ca with no extra cost to our clients. Please note we offer 100% fitment guarantee for our wheels as long as a test fit was completed prior to mounting tires. If wheels were not test fitted prior to mounting tires and the wheels do not fit your vehicle the fitment guarantee is voided.

 

Warranty Policy

WheelRack.ca makes no warranty as to the products express or implied use, including and without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

All products sold by on wheelrack.ca will have the product manufacturers’ limited warranty extended to the original purchaser only. For questions on warranty on a specific item please refer to the items description or contact info@wheelrack.ca. All warranty claims are subject to inspection. Improper installation, modification, neglect, abuse, misuse, or for the purpose of racing, competition or off-road use, may void the manufacturer’s warranty.
