Want to cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email help@wheelrack.ca within 24 hours of placing the order or before a shipment notification has been emailed to you. Please note once the item(s) have shipped we are unable to cancel any orders. If you paid via sezzle and want to cancel your order there is a fee of 6% on the total amount of the purchase associated with all Sezzle cancellations.

If you would like to return or exchange your purchased item(s), please email returns@wheelrack.ca and we will assist you in returning or exchanging your item(s).

WheelRack.ca will accept any defective or damaged wheel(s) or tire(s) if notified within 7 days of delivery to you.

 

Incorrect Products

If you have received incorrect items, please send an e-mail to help@wheelrack.ca and include your order # and any images of the incorrect item/packaging. One of our experienced customer service reps will gladly work with you to replace any incorrect items with the correct ordered product.

 

Returning New Products

WheelRack.ca thrives on customer satisfaction. We accept returns of any brand-new unused products, with original packaging that has not been opened in any way within 30 days of your purchase.

In the event that a purchase must be returned, you must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.  Only new re-saleable items will be considered for return. All returns may be subject to a 30% restocking charge depending on the manufacturers return policies.

All returned products are fully inspected upon receipt and maybe declined if deemed used or damaged. Special order items such as custom drilled/painted or custom forged wheels if cancelled before shipping will be refunded at a rate of 30% of cost of product. Special order items such as custom drilled/painted or custom forged wheels are non refundable and non returnable once they are shipped. Parts in catalog, but not in stock, may also be considered Special Order.

 

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

  • Without original packaging
  • Used or damaged
  • Mounted and balanced
  • Returned without obtaining RMA #
  • Returned more than 30 days after purchase
  • Special orders (returned at our discretion)
  • 30 days or older and paid through RBC Finance of Sezzle

 

WheelRack.ca is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment of items being returned by clients unless the return is being handled by WheelRack.ca.

All returns must be sent to the address specified on the RMA document. All refunds will be credited to the account used at time of purchase (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal or Interac E-Transfer). WheelRack.ca will make every effort to process your refund as quickly as possible. Please note all orders paid via sezzle will incur a 6% fee on the total amount of the purchase if the order is cancelled and a refund has to be initiated.
