An Install kit was added to my cart automatically. Is it necessary?
In most cases, a wheel install kit is required to properly install your new aftermarket wheels. Your original lug nuts or bolts may not be the same length or seat required for the new aftermarket wheels, and centering rings are highly recommended for a proper installation. In case you are only purchasing tires, please go ahead and remove the install kit for your cart as it is not required for Tires.
Do you mount and Balance Wheels/Tires prior to shipping?
We do not offer fully mounted and balanced packages at this time. All our products are shipped directly from either the manufacturers or the suppliers warehouses which are located in different locations within Canada and the US. Under certain conditions we may be able to facilitate mounting and balancing depending on the wheel and tire brands you choose to purchase. Feel free to contact us to see if we can assemble your wheel and tire combination.
Are your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes, all our listed prices are in Canadian dollars.
Do you charge Duties?
We do not charge any duties or charge any hidden fees for orders shipped in Canada.
Do you accept Indian Status Cards for tax expemption?
We do not accept Indian Status Cards at this time. All tax exemptions need to be submitted by the customer to their province.
Do you buy or sell used wheels?
We do not buy or sell used wheels. All our products are brand new.

What is a “test fit” and why do we need to test fit wheels before mounting tires?
A "test fit" means to firmly hand tighten the lugs to secure your wheels on the hub of your car. This is to ensure proper bolt pattern/hub compatibility and suspension/ brake caliper clearance before a tire is installed in case the wheels were mis-boxed from factory or if an incorrect product was picked for shipping. Our fitment guarantee will be voided if a test fit is not completed before mounting tires.
Do you offer Fitment Guarantee?
We offer a 100% fitment guarantee for our wheels as long as a test fit was completed prior to mounting tires. If wheels were not test fitted prior to mounting tires and the wheels do not fit your vehicle the fitment guarantee is voided.
Do you price match?
If you find a lower price elsewhere, we can definitely try to match the price. All price match requests must be made within 7 business days from date of order. Request past 7 business days will not be accepted.
