You will be contacted with freight amount before we process the order for shipping to these areas or other areas which are remote and have 2 or more zeros in your postal code.
Mounting and Balancing
We do not mount and balance tires and wheels before shipping since most products are being shipped from different locations. If you would like your purchase to be shipped to a tire shop please enter their address in the ship to address field during checkout.
Shipping
Most standard shipping orders placed by 5 p.m. PST will be processed the same business day, and will ship within 1 - 2 business day after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may take longer to process. Shipments may take up to 3-4 weeks to be delivered depending on location of stock/inventory. Special order products such as custom painted, drilled or custom forged wheel orders may take up to 8 weeks to ship.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the items have been picked by a courier.
ADDRESS OPTIONS
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address.
If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.
ORDER STATUS INFO
PROCESSING- Order is being processed- Can take up to 6 hours for an order to be processed.
IN TRANSFER- Wheels are being transferred from US warehouse to Canadian distribution hub before shipping.
SHIPPED- Order has been shipped and tracking information has been sent to customer.
BACK ORDER- Order has been back ordered with Manufacturer- Minimum wait time on back orders is 8 weeks before shipping.
